4. In-app purchases

FunSlot is free to play. You may optionally purchase virtual coin packages. Purchases are for virtual items only, confer no real-world value, and are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FunSlot, including by cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots or automated tools, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or infringing our or others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

FunSlot and its content, games and branding are owned by MIDAS MEDIA LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use FunSlot for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

FunSlot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIDAS MEDIA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of FunSlot.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or where necessary to protect FunSlot or other players.

9. Governing law
